Privacy Policy

• Account details: your name, email address, job title, the organization you belong to and your access level.
• What you enter: deals, capital sources and amounts, weekly numbers, plans and goals, checklist entries and the links you submit, report links, impact counts, deal outcomes, session notes and action items.
• Real Wisdom conversations: the questions you ask the AI assistant and its answers, together with the deal details it is given so it can answer about your deal.
• Technical information: sign-in cookies that keep you logged in, and standard server logs from our hosting providers, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. A setting in your browser remembers whether you have seen the welcome tour.

We do not collect your corporate or financial documents. They stay in your own data room. The platform keeps the link and its review status.

• to run the platform: sign you in, show your organization its information, calculate scores and keep a history of records;
• to send messages you would expect, such as invitations and reminders about a weekly number or a report that is due;
• to keep the platform secure and fix problems;
• to produce aggregated, de-identified data as described in section 5.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

• Your organization sees your organization’s information.
• Program staff see the records of the cohort they run.
• A fund on your cohort sees your program record only after your seat has been shared with it.
• Anyone with the link can see a deal profile you have made public.
• Our service providers process information for us, and only to provide their service (see section 4).
• Others when required: we may disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights or safety of people, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

• Supabase: database, sign-in and storage.
• Vercel: website hosting.
• Anthropic: the AI model behind Real Wisdom. Your questions and the deal details attached to them are sent to Anthropic to generate answers.
• Resend: sending email.
• Google Fonts: the typefaces on the site, loaded from Google, which receives your IP address when they load.

These providers may process information in the United States.

We combine information across the platform into statistics that do not identify you, your organization, your deals, your lenders or any person, for example typical time to close by deal type. We may publish or license these statistics. We never publish a figure drawn from fewer than five organizations. The Terms of Use describe this permission in full.

We keep information while your account or your organization’s account is active. Many records are kept as a permanent history, and a correction is added as a new entry instead of editing the old one. If you delete your login, your account and profile are removed. Records you entered for your organization stay with the organization, and your name is removed from them as their author. An organization can ask us to remove its information entirely, except where we must keep it by law.

Information is encrypted in transit. Each organization’s data is separated in the database by access rules that the database itself enforces, and accounts are by invitation only. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will tell you as the law requires.

• You can see and correct your name and title in Settings, and delete your login there.
• You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing anis.taylor@realtorwisdom.io. We will answer within 30 days.
• You can stop optional reminder emails by replying to one and asking us to.

The platform is for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy in a material way, we will tell signed-in users before the change takes effect. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
